A powdery floral bouquet. A mythical and timeless perfume that can be taken everywhere with its rechargeable travel spray. In 1921, Gabrielle Chanel turned to Ernest Beaux to create a rare and powerful feminine perfume with a woman's scent. Nose proposes a visionary composition calling for an unprecedented use of aldehydes. Mademoiselle chose the fifth version of the perfume and decided to keep this issue as her name. For this new aroma, she chose a radical bottle, with a white label and a faceted lid. In 1986, Jacques Polge, nose of CHANEL since 1978, reinterprets the olfactory score of his predecessor to give life to a broader version of N°5: eau de parfum. The eau de parfum is inspired by the perfume with which it shares its floral-aldehyde signature. This floral bouquet composed around May rose and jasmine is awakened by citrus notes. Aldehydes give it a unique presence, and the soft touch of vanilla, an infinitely sensual aroma.
