This white mascara base gives your lashes super volume, enlarging and lengthening them with visible results. The 1000 bristle brush coats each lash with a provitamin B5 lotion, which is the perfect preparation and base for applying the mascara. The texture contains XL microfibres, which protect the lashes and support the sublimation effect. An ideal result is achieved by using the Hypnosis Mascara by Lancôme, which gives you a dramatic and hypnotic look. To achieve this, apply Cils Booster XL evenly to the lashes and then, before the base has dried, apply Hypnosis Mascara in a zigzag motion to create extra volume and separate the lashes.
