HEART NOTES: Hedione, Rice / BASE NOTES: Sandalwood / HEAD NOTES: Calabrian Bergamot / OLFACTORY FAMILY: Woody / GENDER: Women / The Camargue, located between the branches of the Rhône River and the Mediterranean Sea, has a rustic character, cultivating its scents: those of its endless rice fields, its bronze-colored marshes, and its cloudless salt flats; those of wild horses and cattle. Master perfumer Alberto Morillas only had to pick out a few scents—here the milky scent of rice, there the fresh, iodine-rich hint of bergamot—to gradually paint his picture, a kind of olfactory utopia where nature has filled all space, beyond man and time.
